These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services offered by Kingdom Punch (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including embroidery digitizing, vector artwork conversion, custom embroidery, and patches (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1) Who We Are
Kingdom Punch provides embroidery digitizing, vector art, and custom patch services to individuals and businesses. Our contact details are listed under “Contact Us” below.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering or placing an order, and to update it as needed.
3) Orders, Quotes & Files
- Quotes: Prices shown or quoted are estimates based on the information and artwork you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the design, stitch count, format, or specifications change.
- Artwork & content: You must own the rights to, or have permission to use, any logo, image, or design you upload for digitizing or patch production. You are solely responsible for the legality of files you submit.
- Order specifications: It is your responsibility to review file formats, sizes, colors, and stitch requirements before approving an order for production.
- Revisions: Reasonable revisions to a digitized file or artwork proof will be made upon request prior to final approval. Additional charges may apply for revisions requested after final approval or for changes outside the original scope.
4) Payments
- All orders must be paid in full (or per any agreed payment terms) before production begins or files are released, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
- You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
5) Turnaround & Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to file corrections, high order volume, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control. Digitized files, artwork, and physical patches will be delivered using the method agreed upon at the time of order (e.g., email, download link, or shipping carrier).
6) Refunds & Cancellations
- Because digitizing and artwork work begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations requested after work has started may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed.
- Physical products such as patches that have already been produced or shipped are non-refundable except where defective or produced incorrectly due to our error.

7) Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the digitized file, vector artwork, or patch design for your own personal or business purposes.
- We retain the right to use completed work, in whole or in part, for our own portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Our website content, branding, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- You represent that any artwork or logo you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from content you provide.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or Services to: violate any law or regulation; upload files that infringe another party's rights; upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt our systems; or misrepresent your identity or authority to submit an order.
9) Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Colors, stitch appearance, and fabric results may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences in materials, equipment, and production processes. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Punch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
11) Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may reference or link to third-party services (such as payment processors or shipping carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
12) Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
